Vi, your right, new highs may take a while.

I was just trying to illustrate how low the RTS is and how easily it went up by a factor of 6 in a little over a year. You won't see the Dow doing that. Though in the rather short term a double could easily happen. As you point out, it could happen in a week. The restructuring of the GKOs is what all eyes are on right now. There could be a big move up Monday.
