Jeff must be up early catch up on his mail, as he responded to my EM within 1/2 hr.
This is possibly the same letter he's sending everyone right now which would account for
the fast response. IMHO

Thanks for the interest in our company.

We feel the company stock price is very undervalued anywhere under
$10.00 per share.

We have three very good mining properties and have plans to produce at
each site.

Our garnet property in nothern Ontario is excellent with over $17 per
share book value in producable mineral.

The base metals property at Raglan, ON is also quite nice containing
both silver and gold.

And our star property at Isaac's Harbour, Nova Scotia has a great
probability to be one of the best gold finds in Canadian history. We
have a very large quartz horizon with visable gold running through it.
The numbers from assay are very impressive.

Our shares trade on the OTC Bulletin Board in the U.S. and as such
should be considered a very high risk speculative investment. Use common
sense when deciding how to buy.

The offer from a broker/banker group is not at all attractive to the
company. This group is not making a market nor trading the stock.
Indocan is not a reporting company, not listed company and as such, does
not have an audience of institutional buyers that would normally drive
the price to the offered level.

The company is worth far more and the board of directors meets next week
to consider the offer.

A public news release of the decision will be made.

Thanks for your interest.

Regards,

Jeffrey Bruhjell
president
