I agree Victoria. IMO Intel is what I consider in a spring loaded mode, it may be pushed down but it'll keep popping right back up. What I like the most about this is if it is held down any little movement will cause it to pop very very high and quickly! The shorts will have to have a heavy concentrated steady and continual effort just to keep it at it's bottom. If only a few release pressure the spring's force with throw the rest off you get the picture.
