Larry,

1. Company A is not bankrupt nor is it in chapter 11.

2. Company A is not being charged by the SEC for fraud. The SEC cases are civil ones against Rendall and Campbell. (By the way, the SEC hasn't won against Company A yet.)

3. Company A's shares won't have a chance to move until they are off the pink sheets and listed on an exchange.
