OK, I just finished reading the last 150+ posts, Phew, talk about questions. I'll try and answer some. Fist, FYI my motherboard blew up on me on Thursday and have only been able to post when I get some time at work via my laptop. Sorry for the long delays to answering messages/PMs. I do respond to all that are worth responding to.

On to the questions,

1. Float should be approx. 14,000,000.

2. The $4,000,000.00 PP has not gone through yet as the investment group put a offer in for the entire company not just 10,000,000 shares. The group is from Belgium and Switzerland. The company was expecting the PP not the buyout offer.

3. Garnet is not being shipped currently as I understand it. IDCN is gettting the equipment to the site to begin mining. Should have first shipments out around Dec./Jan.

4,5. Need Jeffrey to answer these.

6. Yes, the company is looking at other offers and feels that the current .375 buyout offer is extremely low. They feel that the $1.50-2.00 range is more acceptable.

7. Again, Jeff needs to answer this one also.

P.S. Outstanding is at 47,0xx,xxx. The 8,000,000 were issued under Rule 504 Reg. D as SR stated. As I understand it, the shares are not restricted but have no voting power. Possibly Jeff could clarify this also. The 15,000,000 used to buy Prodigy are restricted until June 2,1999. Which leaves us with a tradeable float of 32,0xx,xxx. The company holds approx. 18,000,000 shares leaving approx. 14,000,000 shares in the float.

Once again, sorry for the delays,

CB
