Mr. Reece, We have been through this. I suggest you refer to what the FDA is concerned with. The issues you raise are simply not relevant. The AIDS creme is currently going through ICAP in-vitro testing because it must to be considered for submission for FDA approval. AZNT phytogenic products are dietary supplements that do not require FDA approval. Do you understand that, if not I suggest you contact the FDA. RB

Mr Reece, ........... "I do question when insiders find themselves possessing for 80% of the current O/S shares and not discussing the terms of the conversion to preferred. I also question the lack of substantial revenues and cash reserves..." Mr. Reece, AZNT has been very public and vocal aboutthe reasons for cancelling all common stock in leiu of preferred. Have you done any diligence on this, this is easily obtainable and also explains why the shorts are being squeezed in the process. You are not aware of financials because of the evaluation by the SEC of putting a value on an 'intellectual property' has yet to be determined. I believe it will be very soon , which will allow the auditing of the financials. This information is easily obtainable Mr. Reece. RB
