I believe David Tice runs the Prudent Bear fund. Look on a list of big losers to find it... :-)

David Tice

Runs the Prudent Bear Mutual Fund that has a dismal record to date. As a matter of fact, that fund has trouble making money on severe market dips.

David Tice short Utek? An indication that we are all on the right side of the market.

RE: "Some guy by the name of David Tice had a huge short position months ago. Does anyone know what he's doing now?"

As shown in the following link, Mr. Tice's Prudent Bear Fund has been steadily dropping during the greatest bull market of all time.

Tommaso at the SI Prudent Bear Fund thread will be able to tell you if Mr. Tice is still short UTEK.

Demosthenes,

Good work, that checking out how many annual reports were mailed, providing support for Justa's "Brinker effect" theory. If the Brinker effect is real--it has to be--then when he issues a "sell," the stock price may slick down exceedingly fast.

Ciao,
