The report we're expecting isn't a 10Q; it's a 10K, end of the year report. The SEC gives companies 90 days to get it out so it's expected out about September 30. 10Q's are given 6 weeks to be out.

There was a press release about it already and there is a ten Q out as
well.
go yahoo finance and look under capr news
also go free edgards and look up the 10Q as well... if you need more detail links etc let me know and I will post them...
