Doesn't matter!!! They are BOTH evil, because ALL M&Ms are evil, and make very convenient scapegoats for pious hypesters. Said PHs, as they sell, warn warn warn the marks not to be FOOLED by the evil M&Ms who are either shorting or accumulating or shaking out the weak hands or doing the usual headfake. Who'll make out in THIS case? No-brainer. The holders of the preferred, obviously. Essentially, the idea is not far distant from that (see UXSP) of a reverse split in which preferred does NOT reverse. Beginning to see the light? But the company generously would like to see a short squeeze "for the investors". And obviously bmart is trying to manufacture one. Will he be successful? Time will tell... BAWK!!
