Hal, they don't automaticallly get the 8 mil if they win the appeal. IMO, the best they can hope for is a new trial to resolve the discrepancy between the jury verdicts and even that will only come after Mitsuishi petitions for review by an appellate panel and, failing that, for certiorari to the Supreme Court. Still, a reversal should be good for a small pop & some good trading. But it's a hope so faint as to be virtually invisible. And I hope I have to eat my words
