All that information is on the thread. take the time like I did and read it. Also your right about a loop hole, but the loop hole is for a vote of No if a better offer comes along. Not a way to pull the offer . The board of directors have voted today to accepted the offer and recommend that the
shareholders vote to accept it also. Since the board alone cannot deliver 80% of the company a
shareholder's meeting will be called. The meeting time and the record date for share ownership will
be set and announced next week.

Answers:
1. IDCN made the claim of 500,000 ozs in PR.
Placer Dome nearby claim had testing results show 2 mil oz.
No one know yet for sure how much gold is there.
Read my recent posts.
2. I don't know what is happening with the offer.
All I know is they need money to test and mine.
One way is sell out.
Another is sell some shares.
Another is we buy more.
3. Overall value - Mr. Prospector gave me list of some great mining
companies that have had their stock price in the pits.
But it sounds like thing will improve with the next gold cycle.
IDCN now has the resources, now they need the financing.
I definitely think it worth alot more than it is. I hope there
is a buyout because I think it would be cool if everyone
on the thread did a 3 - 10 bagger. That way we don't
keep speculating in investors hell for another year.
