GC, It's possible that they already had some inventory of bought and paid for certs that have Knittles name printed on them. When they issue one to a new customer/shareholder they just have to stamp on the new date and registration number. Stab in the dark Here.

JEB, If you're still here, when entering a new thread it's only common courtesy to give people a chance to read and formulate a response, especially on a Saturday. With that kind of attitude I'm surprised that you got a response.

There are no new 144's issued. These were probably printed in bulk.
The signature is printed on the the cert as well.
