Pretty much all of it: they don't make any real money, their products ain't exactly in demand, they've launched a very questionable program to "enhance shareholder value" (for whom?), and so on. Go back. Reread his post. Made sense to me. Yours don't.

I know I'm asking for it here but..... bm: I have not been able to locate any 10Q's for AZNT beyond the one for the quarter ending March '98. I'm not an expert on SEC reg's but I thought you had to file them w/in 45 days of the quarter's end. Even if that's not required for AZNT, it would be beneficial to their restoration of value to make it available voluntarily. Also, I would love to do more of my own DD. If you know where to get further biographical information on the founders, composition of the board, etc., share it. I will read it (as will others) and talk it over on this thread. Pls don't do a "Do your own DD". It seems like you have more information than the rest of us. Diver
