I agree PAIR seems ready to be bought .. or at least ,make a major announcement. But,, my broker says insiders are selling shares right now. Small amounts like 10,000 shares and the same guy later 5000 shares. Also he says Goldman ( I think) has registered to sell 60,000 shares. Why would they be selling now? especially insiders ( he mentioned the CFO). Hell if they needed money for something and a buyout was in the offing they would just borrow it and hold the shares. I am getting a little suspicious about the stocks continuing fall.. especially if the CFO is moving some of his shares at this depressed price. Where can one go to look at insider trading? CRDoug
