TheBeach,

From what I can make of the prospectus, this fine company didn't exist 9 years ago. It came from the shell of Waverly Mansion Inc after that company bought the remains of a Delaware company and merged with a numbered corporation.

...this fine company of which I have been an investor for the better part of 9 years.

It doesn't appear that there were any shares publicly traded until this August.

Do you have any pertinent disclosures that might better explain your interest in "this fine company"?

I would not presume to give anyone any investment advice for their RRSP or other accounts. But I do get nervous about my own money when I see executives of development stage companies being highly compensated both in cash and options - neither an indication that the public shareholders and the ultimate risk takers will get their fair share of rewards, if any.

But for you to have been part of "this fine company" for 9 years, it's quite possible you are an insider or nearly so and may not have those same concerns as the rest of us.

Best of luck, anyway,
Ian.
