I haven't been reading all the posts for the last month or so. Has the shopping center deal actually closed? The reason I ask is the announcement on the audit of the shopping center. What is the reason for this if the deal is already closed? And I wonder about this big lake they are creating in China. I thought I read in one post that it is in the area where the city is that has this shopping center. How will this impact business? I had a limited partnership in garden apartments in Iowa and the highway leading out of town was under construction for about five years. It seriously impacted the revenues for that period of time. Afterwards it led to an increase in revenues. If this city is near this lake, will it be a boom town during the construction or a ghost town? If anyone has any input re these two questions it would be much appreciated.
