The point I was trying to make is this... You can't sell what you don't have... The implication is the MM's and some 144 holders sold what they didn't have... some thru, Canada, and some just being down right greedy. I could have used Bananas or anything else. On the market you are entitled to a piece of paper, called a cert. If you sold 2 million shares of company x, but only 1.5 million were out there, you would owe .5 million shares... IF one group owned the 2 million, and they wanted physical delivery of the certs, what do you have to do... go make more certs, NO... you can't, you SHOULD have to buy them back. Tell me since you are such an expert, how do bb mm's hold inventory?
