interesting point. Bill has had many opportunities to get Cuban cigars while he is overseas...to which I highly bet he has. But, if they can determine that it was a cuban, can he be prosecuted for bringing contraband items into the US? Wouldn;t that be the icing on the cake to see him get slammed for bringing in cuban contraband!

My hope is that Bill and Hill will go to jail. That would be the great. I just hope that Starr isn't screwing around and that he will aggressively go after Clinton

Monica was simply "wetting" the cigar for Bill. This is a very common practice among gourmet cigar smokers. They say that vaginal juice makes for a milder smoke and burns longer. It also improves the aroma of the smoke so that it doesn't bother non-smokers as much. I believe Hillary also performs this service for Bill. Nothing to get excited about. A vagina soaked cigar is much healthier for you than cigarettes according to Dr. Koop.
