Mr. Wonk, You can imagine, I am flooded with messages, please excuse me for the delay. My understanding is that all common stock to principal shareholders was cancelled. In truth, I could perform more diligence and give you a better answer very soon. For now I will say that I know that the principals agreed to cancel several million shares of common stock, and to issue preferred. I promise to have a better answer for you Monday. Perhaps you can do some digging yourself and we can compare notes. Good Day RB
