Mr. Rob, Ms. Shell is quite amusing. We have informed her the float is in very friendly hands, every transaction in the AZNT market in now an electronic trade, nothing more, naked. Every share will have to be covered by court order or face punitive actions. We have no reason to hype. "Pump and Dump"? Ms. Shell sounds quite foolish and trite resorting to those familiar tactics. AZNT had to go to these measures to eliminate the illegal shares in the AZNT market, Messrs. Zapara and Charlies illegally obtained shares. And what of Wellrich? Messrs. Schurer and Marcasi? These illegal shares and individuals cannot be whisked away with cliches and sound-bites. Ms. Shell must realize that the market will be far from "locked-up" because GTC's will be in place. Those that sold short are legally bound to back up their transactions with stock. Stock will be available to them, it will just be quite costly, and they must buy it or go to jail. RB
