When I click on the icon for the dial up, my user name is there but I must put in my
password.

Just below that should be where you enter your password
and right below that there should be a spot to put a check
(save password)

Hope thats it !
Good luck
Tim

HD and All,

The problem you are having is with password caching. There are many reasons why this doesn't work. MS documents them in the MS KB. Most common causes 1. Client from MS Networks is not installed 2. User hat cancel at the login prompt. Password caching only works when you log in to windows.
