Can anyone explain why MRV's Return on Invested Capital (using PPE & Inventory only on 6/97 and 6/98) has Declined from 76% last year to 71% this year? Using the same methodology, Cisco has Increased from 113% to 119%. The spread increased from CSCO being 37% above to 48% above. Of course I'm only taking into consideration one quarter's worth of data. However, the trend is there. Not a good sign...

It is GOOD publicity to see the MRVC CEO on the screen almost daily, with the MRVC sub-title showing on the screen also. I never trust anyone you grins like a possum eating shit.
