Billwot, That sounds really great with all of your very exciting stuff going on with the Real Estate. I have been wanting to buy some single family homes for rental for awhile but have been a little bit scared to do it, but you sound like you are doing great with it. You sound like you have your hand in all kinds of things right now. I didn't realize that there was still that good depreciation thing with the taxes, but thought that they had changed that somewhat.
