They do the reverse first and then issue new shares to themselves after the reverse.

Tobasco,the problem with that idea is,the good Doc doesn't hold the shares long,he dumps them in lieu of salary. Neat little package,doesn't even have to report through a form 4 filing..DD

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Hinton do a reverse split on this company. In fact, I'd say it's almost a foregone conclusion. Reverse splits are as common as fleas on a coon hound in Arkansas right now.
