As I understood it he would not take his subscribers short if 8316 was not violated. It was not violated thus he must not have taken them short. There was a different scenario for the mutual fund investors- but I wasn't particularly interested in that. I have not read anything that makes me think this is not still the scenario. And with the way I read charts there is NO way I would go short Monday- unless of course the whole picture changes over the weekend.
