What the company has been diligently working with the SEC to ascertain is how to evaluate the value of an 'intellectual' property.

I take it the SEC and the company disagree on this point, thus necessitating the diligent work you describe.

Haven't yet taken the time to go through the filings and will be too busy with other things today, but perhaps tomorrow. They're always so full of interesting information...
