thank you for your response. But pardon i am not Mark. My name is Manfred (Schlang) from Germany. You can get some idea of me by reading my personal profile and my first posts. I have in mind from a posting of PsychProf that you are a physician or a physician therapist, right?
I have an MS information service on the web (pardon, in German again) because it's more comfortable for Germans, Austrians and Swiss to have it in their mother language. It has a portrait of my wife together with me on the main page.

Sorry that I was not able to provide you all with more info last week. Have had a chaotic week here at home.
