Ned I don't know for sure what arrangement they had with All Brand, but since I do not believe they are a fraud, I believe it was a legal arrangement. I do not live too far from their offices and I am planning on visiting them within the next two months. I along with everybody on this thread am hopeful that news will be out soon that will clear up most if not all questions we have about the company. But I know as a young company things don't always (almost never) fall into place as they should, so we shouldn't be overly pessimistic about delays, as frustrating as they may be. Let's hope progress happens soon. Chuck
