Which indices? The S&P 500? Sure. But ISIP is doing better than the average Biotech. Ask an ABSC, GERN, LGND, or NBIX investor about the good old days when their stock was in the double digits. Those stocks have been cut in half or in a third. Discovery-stage biotechs are WAY out of favor. ISIP is a discovery-stage biotech. If you still believe in anti-sense, you should buy more. If you don't, or aren't sure, then bail. I'm not sure, so never bought. But the biotech I did buy didn't do any better -- or, rather, it did do well and now it's not. Just like ISIP.
