Spaw:

The insider trades suggests lack of confidence at first glance. But, it's possible that one or more of those insiders with restricted 144 stock, which required a holding period of two years (if that is the right number), finally decided that some cash now was necessary for their personal needs.

Insider sales are generally considered to express lack of confidence in a company. Most people agree that insider sales are not a good sign; some investors place more significance on insider trading than others. Only time will tell if there is merit one way or the other.

My position is for a longer term play by way of LEAPS: LGCAC, which gives quite some time for PAIR to recover. If I had done a more through research of the stock, I probably would not have invested this early or perhaps not at all.

Anyway, somebody is buying but it's not the insiders -- at least based on the information available to me a this time. Maybe someone else has a more current and complete source of information for insider trading.

Regards,

Elmo
