I've had a position in DO at $34. Yesterday I added 25% at $22.
I've dumped a lot of techs to reposition my holdings. I had been
big on hi-speed internet, video streaming, and fiber, but lately
I see implementation slipping and costs too high. A little friction
in the middle east and DO can soar!

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter recommends DO.

Their target price is 40. But in the past they recommended it at a target price of 100, so I am not thrilled to have bought at 40 and watched it drop like a rock. Don't trust the recommendations. If the people were always right, they would be rich and retired rather than producing research reports.
