<<The IMF is out of money and has largely contributed to the disaster in Asia with completely wrong advice as I said last year as they were doing it. So who is going to spend now and can it work?>>Bill Gates Buys Asia, Russia, Mexico, South America, and US Dept. of Justice Plans to take advantage of tax write-offs. Analysts approve the move for the most part except for Gates' announcement of the immediate re-sale, at a substantial loss, of the Dept of Justice to Osama bin Laden. President Bill Clinton said these moves are "good for the United States." He said Attorney General Janet Reno would leave the Dept of Justice to become the new, acting First Lady. He added that Special Advisor to the President, Bruce Lindsey, will leave that position to become the nation's first Envoy to the new Justice Dept entity, half of which will be located in Afghanistan and half in the Sudan, with the location of the rest of the Dept to be determined in the future. Most experts felt the Office of the Independent Counsel would remain independent of these developments. Independently, President Clinton noted that, in the new war against terror, the most recent and most serious terrorist threats indicate the Office of the Independent Counsel is a primary target of the terrorist network and the President said everything possible is being done to protect the IOC. Vice President Al Gore could not be reached for comment since he was speaking at a site on the coast of a northern Hawaiian island to an audience of 250 people, 400 dolphin and 50 killer whales. He promised the audience "I will make you fishers of men." The highlight of the tumultuous get together was the Vice President's traditional performance of his version of the Macarena, with some clever hula movements thrown in. His primary message was America needs to get back to "that old time religion" and golden oldies like "Money Can't Buy Me Love."
