I am so glad to see someone post about the Tellabs proxy statement and page 16 in particular. I will only add that the statement is dated July 21, 1998; I've had mine at least three weeks and admit to reading it only early last week. Cautionary statements have been out there for at least one month. As Baldwin indicates, the material basically states, "Don't count on AT@T for anything.".
Later.
Sueponine.
To craig crawford: I so love your "experience" and "hobbies and interests"...from your picture in Smart Money, you look hardly old enough to "know" these guys. I think later today I'll just kick back with a little Stevie Ray Vaughn. Luck to you in all your endeavors.
S.

>> Tellab's proxy statement, page 16, FULLY discusses NOT banking on significant revenues from AT&T through 1998, <<

This was spoken about several months ago as well. Nobody had figured on AT&T revenues for 1998, but there was the expectation for 1999.
