Very good questions, Dixie. Unless the patient's name has been changed (and that fact must be stated in the testimonial) Dr. Fontillas has violated American Psychiatric Association confidentiality laws. My guess is he doesn't practice in the US, however. One thing that struck me about his testimonial is that it is written in lay language, completely devoid of medical/psychiatric jargon and not in standard form. This is very unusual. Poet
