err actually, what I meant about apple was sorta like the Atari computer users in the early 80s. I invested in Atari when they moved from the 8bit to 16 bit computers. First 2 quarters sales rocketed, but it turned out that the folks buying these computers happened to be all the original 8bit owners. They didnt attract new blood, and eventually they failed. Novell needs new blood but I think they will get it, apple on the other hand still has me wondering.

Last year I traded NOVL a zillion times but was afraid to hold a long term position. To be honest I really didnt think the good doctor would be able to pull it off. Last quarter still didnt convince me but 3rd quarter results in my opinion confirmed that the company is well worth the risk at $11. There is alot of people who have been burnt both on the retail side of this equity as well as the institutions so its really going to take some blow out numbers to get serious price movements but I think next quarter is going to shock even the most optomistic holders.

Does anyone have an opinion about NOVL chart? Would appreciate hearing some TA
