Darrell,

Hell of a letter. I've been following CMND, but haven't made a decision yet. If you haven't yet sent this, I'd make sure to send it certified/return receipt requested.

JSI.

Dear Darrell - "As an officer of CMND (and controlling principal stockholder), he has a direct and clear responsibility to his shareholders. That duty, in connection with a public company, requires that he has "us", as shareholders, foremost in his mind when he carries out his responsibilities. Caputo could do what he wanted when this company was "private." Now, as a "public" company, he has the duty and responsibility to enhance shareholder value. Caputo and CMND officers are doing their duty, within the SEC guidelines. They are conservative.

Stock options - yes, they are attractive but do not make or break the business. IT professionals have lots of options from various companies. CMND is hiring experienced professionals. They must have something to attract them.

Even if CMND releases news, the stock may not respond in the current market situation. Ram
