Zeev,management has succeeded in getting finanacing through debentures on a few occassions-- with floors the previous at .70 if I remember correctly..DD
Still like this company very much,but had to sell..

Zeev,

Thanks for confirming my thoughts on the convertible and warrants. I
agree there are a lot of shares in the company. My take on the
history of the company since K. Smith came on board is a positive.
It looks like he is trying to make good on a pledge of increased
shareholder value. It takes money to make money and if you ain't got
any , you gotta beg, borrow, and steal. Dilution of shares
outstanding, yes. But at a set limit. Line of credit to borrow from, yes. But both the credit line and the converts/warrants are there to
provide capital for acquisitions and build the company. The "stock
repurchase plan" kind of says it all. At this point the company
doesn't need to be buying back stock and it's not going to have a
great effect on the float. But IMHO, it sent a clear statement to the
"Street". We're an up and comer, we're getting stronger, and we
intend on taking care of our investors.

As always, my own thoughts and they may have big holes in them.
