Hi Rick,

I've only scratched the surface with regard to Columbia DSFLP. I know next to nothing about how Limited Partnerships work, but it seems to me that they may be a group of private investors who have pooled their money to make venture(?) capital available to companies with reasonable prospects of returning the original investment with a reasonable return on the investment.

To get a better understanding of just what Columbia DSFLP's association is with Totally Hip, call 604-685-5630. Then lets compare notes. I called them awhile back, but am not sure I fully understood what was being said to me.

You'll probably need to call the THW (604-685-6525 - Brian Leeners) and get an Investors Information Packet sent to your address or one where you can receive it so as to review the material put out by the company. Then you'll be able to better formulate questions about specifics which are unclear about the relationship.

Hope something here helps,

Mike
