Ms. Shell, For us to be equals, we must reach some kind of 'social' agreement, if one has any kind of power over you, you cannot be 'equals', you can not reach a 'social' agreement. We can not 'agree' because my power over you is my knowledgeof AZNT. You appear quite clueless and need to do some quality diligence. "Basic Logic", I fear, escapes you. Dr. Lorrichio is a man of the sciences, the SEC are not scientists. His intellectual properties are of the sciences, the SEC are not scientists. "Basiclogic", MS. Shell, would infer, hence, the problems in evaluating how to value an 'intellectual property' in dollars and cents. "Disagreement" Ms. Shell? I suggest you apply the "basic logic" that I am having so much trouble with. RB
