Sounds like a strange comment. Do you draw any conclusion from it?

The only conclusion I see is that they will sell all that they
had anticipated but for a "cheaper" price. This doesn't make
sense, since how does Nettles know what the future negotiations
will be with future customers, given that this AT&T problem
has added new information into future events.
