That is what I have asked, and I received some ridiculous answers. I wonder if you will receive the same. The answers, IMO, should have been confined to the mechanics and the legality, not whether the decision was wrong or whether morgan is no good.

Ditchdigger, the SEC is investigating what they believe are some irregularities (whatever that means), you do not eliminate these by mergers, acquisitions or reverse mergers. I am not even sure if a company that was delisted can engage in any such type of transactions when still suspended for trading. I really do not know. If the sole purpose of the exercise is to give Morgan a "paying job", I just do not see the investors being served by that process, particularly if they have to put in new money. Zeev
