Now you're talking! LOCH is involved in emerging technologies.
They acquire patents and form partnerships in development of
those ventures. Again, the primary focus is presently the Chemtech
mine-detection system, which will split from LOCH into a new
company. Shares in this new company will be issued to current
LOCH shareholders exclusively. So, when you buy LOCH, you are
essentially buying two companies.
