D, re Shearhart, basically H+R is its entire assets. SHW shares are owned approx 66% by Bob and Barb Shearhart so the float is restricted. Re competition freom Sears, they seem to be holding their own and if anything there is talk about the Bay or Eatons getting out of appliances. Except for a minority interest payment which comes off before earnings (Im not certain if this is a loan repayment or what) Shearart=H+R.. Scott

Re Taylor, this does look interesting, seems low risk and based on capacity increasing their earnings/rev should also be increasing very soon, also probably not too dependant on the low O&G prices. Ive put it on my watch list.
