Ross Systems Announces New Agreements in the Chemical and Food Industries

ATLANTA, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading provider of business software solutions, announced today two new agreements in the process manufacturing sector. Fontarome Chemical Company, a division of Wixon Industries, licensed Ross' Renaissance CS(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. Fontarome is located in St. Francis, Wisconsin with operations in France. Fontarome produces pharmaceutical intermediates and flavor & fragrance chemicals. Today Ross Systems has a number of pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical fine chemical manufacturers, in addition to key customers in the flavor and fragrance sector including Firmenich, Antonio Puig, Dragoco AG, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Ungerer and Company.

In addition, Kerry Ingredients in Ettensbaan, the Netherlands licensed the Renaissance CS ERP. Kerry Ingredients is a subsidiary of the Kerry Group in Ireland. Twenty-four plants within the Kerry Group in Ireland, England, France the Netherlands have implemented Renaissance CS.
