I switched from FIDO recently. I reguarly get filled far quicker than it used to take FIDO's 'confirm order' window to load. Further, when you call MB with an execution problem or a question, a real live person picks up the phone, you give them your 4 letter ID, and one second later they are helping. With FIDO I had to go through three voice mail levels just to get to the "all reps are currently helping others" recording.
