Puppy,

Don't worry the product and the company are real and especially about the highway patrol, that is not affecting the price at all. My problem with LTGL and an OTC non reporting company is that your DD is dependent on what the CEO shares with you and what info you can pry from the company. Unfortunately the company and especially its PR can not be trusted and this is our biggest problem IMHO. For warm fuzzies investors can check with the end users to verify they are real!

We have "NO" audited financial results and we have no control over the stock shares. We don't even know for sure that record earnings and profits are truly even occurring (only press releases that may or may not be accurate). Without an AUDIT neither does LTG, thats the facts....

Since the earnings/audit has been continually delayed, and granted, to audit past years and current quarters is a very time consuming effort, I think even at current prices this is a huge gamble. Audited results is step 1 for LTGL. Step 2 is to understand what is going on with the shares and how are they being controlled (if at all???). Without Step 1 and Step 2, the stock price can not make any real progress one way or another (especially depending on the audit). I think many are too smart at this point to just go on blindly believing their stories and I think this may be the intent of many of the so called "Basher" posters.

As for acquisitions, LTGL has been stating they have been looking for one now over a year ago. I can confirm this with conversation with Scott Johnson (LTGL old PR person). I can even tell you one of the companies they were looking at back then.

I am not here to bash a company in which I own 400,000 shares in. There are plenty of good things to chat about (and have been many times in the past) but they are not currently relevent to what has happened to our stock price. I am posting here so we as shareholders can collectively stop believing this crap until they give us some independent audited facts. This is information that has been promised and this information we are due!!!! So when is the COMPANY going to provide to us what has been promised! I CAN NOT FIND OUT CAN YOU can any of you? Just the same old line "THEY ARE BEING WORKED ON I AM DISAPPOINTED IN HOW LONG THEY ARE TAKING"

If the earnings turn out to be anywhere near accurate and this absolutely unheard of share dilution finally comes to an end (no earlier then early 1999 IMO), shareholders could finally reap some benifits (maybe much longer than that). If not as one other posted we may have lots of toilet paper. In the meantime everyone is stuck for a very long time. Expansion, increased profits, acquisitions, great profit margins, new contracts in other countries, new products, new orders, re-orders, etc... is all for nothing at this point if we don't have a baseline and believe me we DONT......

We are all sitting at the black jack table at best at this point, and thats assuming you can't count cards.

These are my opinions only but I feel this is where we are really at.

Eric

Pep Boys in the San Fernando Valley carries American Auto Accessories, no LightGlow. This is one of the primary young, hispanic markets. No neon on cars anywhere. Am. Auto products in Pep boys are dusty.
