Your post regarding other companies is an important one.

If one breaks down AZNT's product lines, teas, anis,...one will recognize comparable products already on the market. It is not as if they invented the wheel with their product line.

Too often, small penny stocks become world leaders overnight in the minds of some, yet when one sits back and thinks, it is a new company which has transformed itself before as demonstrated on the SEC filing I have posted with its previous names.

I believe it has some good products. Posters have vouched for the sweetener. Posters vouched for the water from RMIL supposed merger partner too. Pugs who has the AZNT sweetner at his gym, also had samples of the water and was looking forward to distrubuting that there along with the rest of RMIL's product line...

This as we know from RMIL does not guarantee any form of success. The fundamentals will help ensure that, although product acceptance is required.

The company's main focus as I understand it is to be a mail order company. That could be a positive way to distribute their teas, sweetner, anis...

I do highly doubt at this time that AZNT is a world savior, I believe it is a very risky investment, and a clear precise definition of the freeze at the DTC should be explained by those promoting it, in the case of AZNT.

I also believe that one should learn more about concerns TA's have regarding the lack of securities representation and how this affects their professional relationship.

Who was the TA on July 28th until last week? Did the company have one at all during that time?

Why is the electronic filing capability of the current TA supposedly so important?
How does it affect the company, the shareholders and the TA?
