Yes Doc,

I agree.....partially

But in analysing whether or not DRIV is a good investment I have to determine whether or not the risks are real. I am making this assessment not on current earnings. DRIV has no current earnings. They have growing debt and an expected continuation of debt. I am making this assessment, as I do with other internet companies, on the "incredible" potential for future earnings.

Another reason I posted all this "old news" was because from all the "news" posted on this thread, there seems to still be questions as to what exactly DRIV does even within the last 10 or so posts.

Concerning the "risks" yes many of these risks apply to all internet commerce. Yes consumers buying habits have to changed to purchase books cd's, computers and by logical extension software through one of DRIV's clients. Yes consumers habits are changing. Yes the internet is expanding and will continue to expand rapidly.

This point of view allays many of the obvious risks.

Yes DRIV has to continue to renew and increase its client base. This continued expansion is important so that driv's current and future earnings form a basis for realizable earnings and isn't contigent on a few contracts.

After assessing all these risk factors- some of which are boiler plate some of which aren't- I still have to ascertain whether or not DRIV will eventually make money. Right now the market in general may be the reason for DRIV not taking off. However, in addition, DRIV's earnings potential may be circumspect.

I've put off my eagerness to buy until I do more dd.

Doc if you can allay these concerns, I'd greatly appreciate your input
