Thanks Larry, for taking the time to answer my question. The number of people makes sense because of the interdependency of systems. I recently had a conversation with a friend who works for a large high tech company who is beginning to address the issues and the mandate is spend whatever it takes to have this not be a problem for us. This is during a time when budget cuts in other areas are happening. I imagine in many companies this continues to be the case. Regards, Kathy
