On topic - I see wonk's excellent points haven't been answered so far; "Regarding the PRs of June 10, 16 and 30, how many classes of common stock does the company have to which this action will apply?" #reply-5564801 "The PR says that the company will retire the "principals" common stock for preferred stock. ... One cannot, arbitrarily, favor one shareholder of the same class versus another." #reply-5565355 There also seems to be no verification of the claim that despite the fact that the company has recently printed 17 million shares and changed transfer agents twice, the float is only 800,000 shares. Looks like there's bales of paper out there, while the business of trading those shares greatly exceeds all revenues the company is taking in by sale of products.
